Group Therapy


Group therapy is a form of support in which a small number of people (4-8) come together, facilitated by a professionally trained therapist and talk about what is on their minds. Participants give feedback and support to each other by expressing their own experiences. These interactions contribute to experiencing a new way of interacting with people.
Group therapy is a place for growth and change. Its aim is to help people who would like to gain support, self-knowledge, and learn new ways to deal with personal and relationship challenges
People who have attended the group found their experience as "helpful beyond their expectations".

  • The group session are confidential.

    Participants are ask to commit themselves to attend the group for eight weeks and to keep confidential all that is said within the group. They also agree to relate to one another in a respectful manner. These guidelines help to establish trust, safety, and creates an environment in which each person feels comfortable to share.
