Creative Expressive Art Therapy

As our imagination becomes activated and captivated by the freedom of expression through color and art, our linear and logical thinking and judging are temporarily put aside. This allows the person to access their intuition and to develop a greater trust, insight and awareness of the importance between the natural process of acceptance and the changes in their lives.

For young people who have problems adjusting to college and with personal problems
For people who wish to explore issues about themselves in order to know themselves better
For managers who wish to strengthen confidence in the people they work with and for whom they have responsibility
Creative Expressive Art Therapy can be undertaken as part of a workshop or in one to one therapy.
Individual one to one sessions last for 1.5 hour.
